2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate Ringoz.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account identifiers (such as email or platform-linked user ID)
- Text inputs or prompts submitted to generate ringtones
- App preferences and settings
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Usage data related to feature interaction and generation activity
- Anonymous performance and diagnostics data
We do not collect: contacts; photos; microphone recordings outside of intended app functionality; precise location data; sensitive personal data.
3. Generated Content
Audio content generated within Ringoz is treated as user-generated data. Generated ringtones may be temporarily stored to enable playback, access, and service functionality. Ringoz does not guarantee permanent storage of generated content. Generated content may be deleted automatically upon subscription expiration, cancellation, or account termination.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: provide and operate the App; generate ringtones on demand; enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; improve performance, reliability, and user experience; comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.
5. Compute-Based Processing
Ringoz operates as an on-demand, compute-based digital service. Each ringtone generation request initiates processing that incurs immediate operational costs. Data submitted for generation is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary: with infrastructure and service providers strictly to operate the App; to comply with legal requirements, court orders, or lawful requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ringoz or its users.
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect user data and use it only for authorized purposes.
7. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal requirements. Generated content may be deleted automatically and is not guaranteed to be retained indefinitely. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.
8. User Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing. Requests may be denied where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Children's Privacy
Ringoz is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
Ringoz may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of Ringoz constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
