These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ringoz mobile application ("Ringoz," "the App," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Ringoz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Ringoz is a subscription-based mobile application that enables users to generate personalized ringtones using AI-powered audio generation technology.

Ringoz is a pay-only application. It does not offer a freemium tier and does not display advertisements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Ringoz. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing

3.1 Free Trial

Ringoz offers a 3-day free trial with full functionality. No payment is charged during the trial period. Unless canceled before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.

3.2 Auto-Renewable Subscription

Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Charges for renewal occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Pricing and billing frequency are disclosed at the time of purchase.

3.3 No Ads, No Freemium

Ringoz contains no advertisements. Access to features and generated ringtones requires an active subscription or free trial.

4. Fair Use, Unlimited Plans & Abuse Prevention

Some subscription plans may be described as "unlimited." "Unlimited" refers to access within reasonable personal use limits and does not permit abuse.

4.1 Reasonable Use Policy

Ringoz enforces daily generation limits designed to reflect normal human interaction. Automated, scripted, bulk, or excessive usage is prohibited.

4.2 Abuse & Enforcement

We reserve the right to: throttle or restrict access; enforce usage limits; suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abuse or misuse; modify usage limits at any time. No refunds will be issued for restrictions or enforcement actions.

5. Ringtone Availability & Retention

Generated ringtones are accessible only while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription: access to previously generated ringtones may be limited or removed; Ringoz is not obligated to retain or store generated content. Permanent storage is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

The Ringoz application, software, branding, interfaces, and infrastructure are the exclusive property of YESH Studios LLC.

6.2 User-Generated Audio

Audio generated through Ringoz is provided as part of the service. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated ringtones for personal use only, and only while your subscription remains active.

6.3 No Transfer of Ownership

Generated ringtones are not sold to you. You do not obtain exclusive ownership or copyright. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public performance, or broadcasting is prohibited.

6.4 Non-Exclusivity

Ringoz does not guarantee that generated audio will be unique or exclusive. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

7. No Refunds

All purchases made through Ringoz are final and non-refundable.

Ringoz provides on-demand, compute-based digital services. Each use of the App — including ringtone generation, processing, and delivery — incurs immediate and irreversible operational costs, regardless of whether the generated content is saved, downloaded, or used.

Because these costs are incurred at the moment of use, Ringoz does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: subscription fees; free trial conversions; partial billing periods or unused time; accidental or unintended purchases; subscription cancellations; account suspension or termination; dissatisfaction with generated content.

This policy applies regardless of platform, payment method, or device.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that charges reflect services already rendered and costs already incurred.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App; circumvent safeguards or usage limits; use bots, automation, or scripts; use the App for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ringoz at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

10. Disclaimers

Ringoz is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Generated audio is provided without warranties of originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YESH Studios LLC shall not be liable for: loss of data or generated content; service interruptions; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ringoz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
